In November? Sure, why not? It may be a little cold of course, but that’s supposed to improve friction..

Yes, there is plenty of climbing to be done within walking distance of Campeggio Arco. Don’t know about the train station, but I’m sure you can look that up.

Hei martin. Thinking of going to arco i NOVEMBER !! Do you have any idea if it is posiebel to climb then ? How much climbing is reachabel whit out a car from the campsite, and do you know where the neareste train station is ??

Correction: “fiume” is “river”. So it is indeed the River Sarca.

I’m pretty sure “Fiume” means “bridge”. The river which runs through Arco is indeed the Sarca.

Hey Jeroen,

The GPS location where the photo was taken is 45.928020,10.889222. When I check the river on Google Maps the river is indeed called ‘Fiume Sarca’ (check upstream on the terrain map to see the river’s name), so you are definitely right

Hey Martin, That picture of Jeroen with Arco in the background. There’s a river running there called the Sarca right? Anyway, follow that river to lake Garda and you end up in Torbole. Been there on vacation a whole lot with my parents.

Actually, my parent were in Tobole just last week too on vacation.
